The following policies govern use of all Booking services and promotions provided by Romantic Lake
Cruises.
Please read the policies that apply to the service you are interested in before Booking.
Services not listed shall still be governed by other policies as shown herein or at company sole discretion
if no policy is shown in these policies for any service purchased.
                  Romantic Lake Cruises
                 The following policies govern use of all services involving water craft.

Booking a Cruise      
Cruises are purchased by booking. We do not take reservations. A booking means you are purchasing the cruise for a certain cruise
on a certain date at a certain time. Once you have purchased (booked your cruise) what you have purchased will have been sold to
you and can not be sold to any one else.

Arriving late or missing your cruise
If you miss your cruise because you arrived after the cruise departure or did not show up for your cruise you will not be rescheduled
and will have forfeited your payment. If you have ordered a cruise or cruise option for the boat for just your use Our Captains are
instructed to wait 30 minutes for you to show up. If you fail to show up and have not made prior arrangements by calling 828 389 2255
and receiving a cruise hold confirmation number your cruise will be canceled and you will forfeit your payment. If you have made prior
arrangements our Captain will wait for the length of your cruise time for you. Your cruise time will not be altered  or adjusted you will
receive what time is left on your cruise. This means that if your cruise was from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm and you arrive at 7:30 your cruise
will be over at 8:00 pm. We do reserve the right at our sole discretion to offer you another cruise date or a certificate for a cruise to be
used during the season of your purchase on a date and time selected by you if available. We also may restart your cruise on your
arrival if you are late on a space available basis but we are under no obligation to do so. There may also be a charge for a cruise
restart of $100.00 at our sole discretion to defray the cost for additional Captain time to provide cruise services past your original
cruise Time There may also be a charge of $50.00 to reschedule your missed cruise at our discretion. Any food and beverage that
was to be provided will not be replaced on a cruise restart or missed cruise as all food is subject to health department regulations as
to the amount of time kept before disposal and no additional food is kept on board. Food is served Gondola style and depending on
your arrival may have had to be disposed of for your health and food safety.
Company Cancellations and refunds
Any Cruise canceled by Romantic Lake Cruises for Mechanical Problems, Severe Weather, or other inability to safely operate the
vessel before the start of the cruise shall entitle you to a full refund less food or beverages ordered. or a cruise upgrade for use
during the season of purchase or the following season. This is your only recourse and you agree by booking a cruise that this policy is
acceptable to you as full accord and satisfaction in the event of a cancellation prior to the start of a cruise. If your cruise has started
and you are on the Lake when a Captain makes the decision to cancel your cruise for Severe Weather or Mechanical Problems you
will be issued a cruise certificate good for the season of purchase or the next season following the season of purchase. There will be
no additional charges and any food or beverage originally ordered shall be replaced at no cost if still available or a comparable
substitute will be provided on the cruise taken in keeping with the certificate. Cruise Certificates have no dollar value, are not
transferable and may not be sold, traded, or given to any other person. Only the person originally issued the certificate may use it as
stated on the face of the certificate. No cruise certificate or refund shall be given for trip cancellations for violation of any rule,
standard or provision in the signed agreement between the purchaser and Romantic lake Cruises. All purchasers are required to
complete and sign the Release Waivers and Rules Agreement. Failure or refusal to sign the agreement shall be treated as a company
cancellation for cause and no refund or rescheduling will be offered or issued. Failure to follow the lawful directions of the Captain as
to seating, weight, load distribution or other terms and conditions of your passage as found in your signed Romantic Lake Cruises
Liability Release,Waivers and Rules Agreement shall at the sole discretion of the Captain be cause to terminate your cruise, There will
be no refund due you and no obligation to reschedule your cruise for you and there may be additional charges as found in the
agreement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in keeping with the foregoing  provisions. No refunds are given for a cruise cancellation request by you  on the day
of the cruise for any reason. Changing your mind or an inclement day are not reasons for refunds. Any refund other than those
contained in these policies shall be at the sole discretion of Romantic Lake Cruises who shall have no obligation to offer or provide
such refund but may do so in its sole discretion and may require documentation prior to any refund. No refund is issued or offered
without a confirmation number from Romantic Lake Cruises which is issued in a writing. If you do not have a written confirmation
number supplied by Romantic Lake Cruises and verified by an officer of the company you do not have a refund issued to you.

If you do not accept these policies do not book a cruise as your booking of a cruise will be your agreement that you accept these
policies as written and agree to be bound by them.  No oral promises, statements or other forms of communication not in a writing
shall be void and of no force and effect. Only a written agreement signed between the parties shall act to amend this agreement. You
also agree that this agreement and any amendment thereto shall be construed in keeping with the Laws of the State of Georgia  and
shall be adjudicated in the State of Georgia for any claim relative to these policies listed above. This policy applies to all watercraft
operated by Romantic Lake Cruises including but not limited to: Pontoon boats, Canoes, or other boat supplied by Romantic Lake
Cruises as a boat to cruise on the lake or to self operate such as a canoe.

                      Magical Mountain Motor Fun
The following policies govern use of all services provided by Magical Mountain Motor Fun>

Bookings
 are purchased by booking. We do not take reservations. A booking means you purchase for a certain type offering on a
specific date at a specific time. Once you have purchased  (booked your tour ) what you have purchased will have been sold to you
and can not be sold to anyone else.

Arriving Late or Missing your  Failure to arrive on time or to be at the pickup destination on time shall result in a forfeit of your
payment after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you are considered as missing your purchase and our Chauffeur will leave. Our Chauffeur
is not authorized to reschedule your purchase.

If you give prior notice that you will be late for any reason your arrival time will be deducted from your time and if you are too late your
purchase will be canceled and your payment forfeited as all purchases are unique and require a certain amount of time to complete.
Generally after 30 minutes you will be unable to complete a purchase without modifications. If you agree to modify your purchase  to
complete within the alloted time service will be for the remainder of your allotted time. What is modified in your purchase will be
decided by Magical Mountain Motor Fun in its sole discretion. This means some site or sites will not be seen and/or some amenity or
amenities will not be offered such as lunch, a pamper service etc. If you do not agree to a modification your tour will be canceled, you
will forfeit your payment and you agree that this is the accord and satisfaction between you and Magical Mountain Motor Fun and that
you will have no other recourse. Your agreement is evidenced by your purchase and payment in full.

It is our goal and our intent to transport you as promised in your confirmation email or other writing and we will attempt to
accommodate you within reason but each trip is timed and offered based on our assessment of time, mileage and other criterion and
it is required that the trip complete on time and you agree to arrive on time and stay on the schedule as directed by your chauffeur.
There are no refunds on your purchase.. A Fun certificate may be issued in the sole discretion of Magical Mountain Motor Fun but
there is no obligation to  make this offer to you if you miss your or arrive too late to successfully complete your purchase and/or
refuse to modifications as defined by this policy.
Company Cancellations Any purchase canceled by Magical Mountain Motor Fun for Mechanical Problems, Severe Weather, or
other inability to safely operate a vehicle before the start of the tour shall entitle you to a full refund or upgrade for use during the
season of purchase or the following season. This is your only recourse and you agree by booking and payment that this policy is
acceptable to you as full accord and satisfaction in the event of a cancellation prior to the start of your purchase. Once  started and
you are en route or at a location when a Chauffeur makes the decision to cancel  for Severe Weather or Mechanical Problems you will
be issued a tour certificate good for the season of purchase or the next season following the season of purchase. The decision to
provide you with a refund or certificate will act to cancel any and all obligations to you and the tour will terminate at that time. There
will be no additional charges for any food or beverage originally ordered or offered and said food or beverage shall be replaced at no
cost if still available or a comparable substitute will be provided on the tour taken in keeping with the certificate. Certificates have no
dollar value, are not transferable and may not be sold, traded, or given to any other person. Only the person originally issued the
certificate may use it as stated on the face of the certificate. No certificate or refund shall be given for trip cancellations for violation of
any rule, standard or provision in the signed agreement between the purchaser and Magical Mountain Motor Fun. All purchasers are
required to complete and sign the Release Waivers and Rules Agreement. Failure or refusal to sign the agreement shall be treated as
a company cancellation for cause and no refund or rescheduling will be offered or issued. Failure to follow the lawful directions of the
Chauffeur as to seating, weight, load distribution or other terms and conditions as found in your signed Magical Mountain Motor Fun
Liability Release,Waivers and Rules Agreement shall at the sole discretion of the Chauffeur  be cause to terminate your service, There
will be no refund due you and no obligation to reschedule your tour for you and there may be additional charges as found in the
agreement. Magical Mountain Motor Fun shall have the right to substitute equipment to a larger or smaller vehicle or vehicle of a
different type or use a different provider in its sole discretion to better enable it to provide service to you in the event of Mechanical
Break down, Severe Weather or extreme traffic or other unforeseen conditions or conditions beyond its scope and control.
Refunds Refunds: Refunds are issued in keeping with the foregoing  provisions. No refunds are given for a  cancellation request by
you on the day of the tour for any reason. Changing your mind or an inclement day are not reasons for refunds. Any refund other than

confirmation number supplied by Magical Mountain Motor Fun and verified by an officer of the company you do not have a refund
issued to you.

Magical Mountain Motor Fu including but not limited to Limousine, Luxury car and back road Trucks.

make this offer to you if you miss your purchased service or arrive too late to successfully complete your purchase and/or refuse to
modify your tour.

                Simple Pleasures Lodging
The following policies govern the use of all services provided by Simple Pleasures.
All offerings are  small vacation rentals that limits offerings to no more than 6 guests each (unless in the group making the original
booking ), by design. Cancellations affect us more than a larger guest accommodation. We do not overbook and we do not shuffle our
guests. This means that when you purchase, ( book) a rental with us your accommodation is yours on a specific date and time for the
number of days you wish to rent in keeping with our offerings. Please read our policies to avoid misunderstandings as to refunds and
Guest certificates as once you have booked your vacation rental and made a full or partial   payment you are agreeing to these
policies. If you do not wish to agree to these policies do not book a vacation rental with us as your booking constitutes agreement to
accept these policies and the Rental Agreement. You will also be required to sign an agreement with us as required by the State Of
North Carolina upon your arrival. Other waivers etc  may also apply depending on the services purchased in keeping with various
Federal, State and Insurance requirements etc. CSA Travel insurance is offered to protect your trip in the event of canceled flights,
emergency evacuations and other circumstances that could affect your vacation, get away or booking. Our

Booking your vacation or getaway rental  Rentals are purchased by booking. We do not take reservations. A booking
means you purchase the vacation rental for a certain number of days starting on a specific date at a specific time. Once you have
purchased your rental , (booked your rental ) what you have purchased will have been sold to you and can not be sold to anyone else.

Arriving Early, Late or no show
Check In Time
Check in time is 4:00 PM at Simple Pleasures.
Check Out Time Check out time is 11:00 AM at Simple Pleasures.
Early Check ins and Late Check outs  May be available based on scheduling. An additional fee may be charged.
Check in Times Check ins are accepted as above until 10:00 PM After 10:00 PM An additional fee of $50.00 will be charged to
your account and you agree that your credit and/ or debit card to satisfy this provision.
No Show Problems affecting your arrival? No worries, Once you are booked your lodging will not be rented to anyone else.
Company Cancellations This provision is for Cancellation by us.
We have never had to cancel a stay however, we reserve the right to cancel your stay in our sole discretion without recourse by you
and you accept this agreement as  full accord and satisfaction with no other obligation or right being due to you from us in keeping
with these policies and your rental agreement.  if you have not commenced your stay for Extreme Severe weather, facility problems,
acts of God or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  We are not obligated to cancel your stay and provide any type of refund.
Insurance is available to protect your trip from CSA or from a carrier of your choice  in keeping with a policy as purchased by you. We
are not affiliated with or receive any monies or other benefits from CSA or any other insurance carrier and this information is provided
for your information only in accordance with state law.

If it is necessary for us to cancel the remainder of your stay in progress you may be compensated by your travel insurance carrier in
keeping with your policy. In our sole discretion and with no obligation to do so you may be charged only for the services received and
be given a pro rated refund for the unused portion of your stay or an upgraded guest certificate also at our sole discretion. We also
have the right to evict and to cancel your stay without a refund or issuance of a guest certificate for failure to follow your rental
agreement and/or our company policies. In this case no refund is due or owing and all payments made by you  will be retained as
liquidated damages.
Tobacco use  We are a non smoking facility at all locations and subscribe to the clean air program. Use of Tobacco products is
restricted to and not permitted in the Grill area or in any other place including your lodging, the grounds or in any conveyance or
function at any  location. Please comply with this policy as failure to comply will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee. Minimum  
charge $150.00.Smoking includes all tobacco products( and or tobacco paraphernalia. Evidence of smoking or the odor of smoke
shall invoke this policy. If you paid by credit or debit card your card will be charged for this cleaning and any damage by you.

Hot Tub Use: We provide a private hot tub room for our guests at Simple Pleasures. The hot tub is cleaned, disinfected, and refilled
with the best products that won't turn your hair green or irritate normal skin. We do this before each stay and it is done after guests
leave so that you are using clean fresh treated water for your enjoyment.
Bodily fluids are not permitted in the tub. The tub is checked
before cleaning upon guest checkout with a special scanner and before check in if you request it. If the scanner shows the presence
of bodily fluids you will be charged and you agree to pay by your use of the tub $200.00 for specialized cleaning and sanitizing to
remove bodily fluids and residue from the tub, lines and pumps. You agree that  If you paid by credit or debit card your card will be
charged for this cleaning. You may request to observe the scan by written request upon checkout.

Premises  We can provide cleaning or refreshing services or you can clean the premises. We charge $50.00 for standard cleaning.
Appliance cleaning is $25.00 each. Carpet cleaning is extra. You are responsible for all damage and returning the premises in the
condition in which you rented it. . We also provide an inventory list. Please check to be sure all items on the list are physically in your
lodging. We prosecute for theft and by booking with us you agree that we shall charge your credit card for any of the above without
offset as shown or at cost plus.  We offer a move in and move out inspection upon request. Please Initial the box on your rental
agreement if you wish to have these inspections .We encourage you to have inspections for your own benefit and to avoid
misunderstandings.

Drug Use:  We do not tolerate the use of illegal drugs or the abuse of prescribed or over the counter drugs on our premises or
grounds or you staying on our premises or grounds if under the influence of any drug or intoxication whether as a result of consuming
such drugs or, beverages on or off our premises or grounds that would cause you to violate this policy.  Police intervention is used.

Theft: We prosecute for theft. We will give you the benefit of the doubt and bill your credit or debit card for any item missing from our
premises that you are renting. You are welcome to be part of our exit inventory check upon request in writing at checkout. Robes are
billed at $100.00 each. Linens at $100.00 per set. Towels at $15.00 each, Wash cloths at $10.00 each. Do not use Linens, Robes,
towels, wash cloths etc. for makeup removal or shoe cleaning etc. other than bathing or washing to avoid paying for them.

Personal Possessions  For your personal safety and the safety of your possessions keep your door locked and remember to please
lock your door when you leave the premises and/or when you checkout. You are responsible for your valuables just as you would be in
your own home so please use common sense and caution. Safe deposit boxes may be rented at the local bank if you have large sums
of money , expensive jewelry, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables or possessions.  Please check to be sure you
have all of your possessions when you check out. There is a $25.00 charge as well as the cost of returning left possessions to you. All
possessions are returned at your expense. Your credit card will be charged and by booking with us you agree to this charge for left
possessions. Unless we receive a request from you in writing you agree any and all left  possessions shall be deemed abandoned and
disposed of as we see fit which includes donating them to a local charity etc. without restriction as to disposition by you within 10
calendar days after the date of your checkout. We have no obligation to look for possessions but if in the course of our normal
business we find a possession and can identify the left possession as yours we will attempt one phone call or email  to advise you
that you have left a possession on our premises before disposition. Please check to see that you have all of your possessions when
you leave or promptly notify us as to a left possession. We have a non access safe on the premises for your valuables upon request.
You will receive a box with one key which will be given to you for your valuables. Our liability is limited to $50.00. Loss of key charge is
$75.00. We do not check your valuables nor have access to them during your stay. You must prove storage by inspection or a third
party not part of your party.

                           Simple Weddings
The following policies govern the use of all services provided by Simple Weddings and Rainbow
Weddings for any  and all wedding services from proposal to vow renewal as found on this site.

Simple Weddings: is a wedding provider for both Simple Weddings, Commitment Ceremonies and Rainbow Weddings as well as a
broker for Weddings and Ceremonies outside the continental United States and has prepared these policies to avoid confusion or
misunderstandings. Weddings and other services are established by booking. We do not take reservations. Once you have booked
your wedding or other service the date, time and arrangements are sold to you. This means we can not sell what you have purchased
to anyone else.

Deposits: There is a non refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your package upon oral acceptance and or signing of the agreement
if made in person or by acceptance by email or other verifiable source. This is a legally binding agreement between us and you that
obligates you to pay in keeping with the terms of the agreement and you understand and agree that No work will commence on any
service until the deposit is received by us and you further agree that if any delay on your part to follow the terms of the agreement
and/or this policy that creates a problem with our fulfilling your package provisions in a timely fashion or that requires modification to
your package to retain your date and time shall be 100% acceptable by you without recourse and that what is provided  at our
discretion shall be acceptable to you as full accord and satisfaction. The reason for this agreement is that you are purchasing a
service that requires a great deal of planning and coordination both on and off site in many instances and it is essential that you fulfill
your obligations as we will fulfill ours in a timely manner to provide you with  what you have purchased. All Wedding providers have
language of this type but most hide it. We prefer that you know what you are buying and the terms of your purchase. So please
remember to pay your deposit as required by this provision and all subsequent payments when due as called for in your agreement.

Services: All services are provided to you as outlined in your wedding agreement. Any additional service to be provided shall be added
not later than 45 calendar days before your Ceremony date in a signed agreement and paid for at the time of the request. Lesser time
may be acceptable depending upon the request at the sole discretion of Simple Weddings. Changes to already agreed to services
shall be made in the sole discretion of Simple Weddings on a cost Plus basis to be determined based on the nature of the request. All
requests will be in a writing signed by you and no change will be made without a signed change order signed by both parties. Outside
events in which you request that we provide rain tenting for your event shall be honored as per your agreement. Rain Tenting when
ordered shall be paid for at the time of the order and is non refundable whether used or not. All balances due on your ceremony shall
be paid in full not later than 30 calendar days before your Ceremony is to take place. Failure to pay in full as called for in this policy
and/or your agreement may at the sole discretion of Simple Weddings be just cause to cancel your Ceremony without further
recourse by you. This will not relieve you of paying the balance due on your Ceremony which shall be due and owing to Simple
Weddings upon demand as liquidated damages for your failure to perform. Simple Weddings shall also in its sole discretion upon
request by you in writing for good verifiable cause consider rescheduling your Ceremony upon payment in full and additional payment
to replace all perishable and rental items including labor if any that were to be used for your original ceremony. It is important that
your ceremony be paid for as called for in this policy and all services to be provided be agreed to in the time frames as called for in
this policy and your agreement to insure that your Ceremony be completed as planned.

Weather: In the event of inclement weather in outdoor venues in which you have not elected to order tenting the Ceremony shall if
possible continue in the sole discretion of the minister or officiant. No ceremony shall take place in severe weather and if you have
not ordered an alternate location your ceremony shall be completed at a time and place selected by Simple Weddings on the day of
your Ceremony. Simple Weddings shall not be responsible for guests, wedding party or others to provide a inclement alternate
location unless you have ordered and paid for one in your agreement. You agree that this is acceptable to you and shall act as full
accord and satisfaction of your agreement with Simple Weddings.

Refunds: There shall be no refunds on the initial deposit, additional services, change orders, Labor, perishable items such as food and
flowers etc. or rental items if any. Simple Weddings may in its sole discretion but with no requirement or obligation to do so refund
any balance remaining for verifiable just cause as is acceptable to Simple Weddings. If you disagree with any of these policies or do
not wish to be bound by any policy or provision or part therein do not book your ceremony with Simple Weddings as your booking shall
constitute your agreement to be bound by these policies and the terms and conditions of your agreement without exception.

Guest Refund Requests
We provide up to  100% refund if we cancel your accommodation in keeping with our company cancellation policy. We provide a
100% refund less a $150.00 or 10% of your time and package whichever is greater as a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel for any
reason provided  we can rent your lodging for the same time, dates and package  for the same amount of money as you paid for your
time and package less time used or package benefits received. There is no refund for other vendor use, food and deposits made.
If we have to take a lesser amount or amend the services to re rent your purchase your refund, if any will be adjusted accordingly. You
may give your accommodation usage to someone else that is acceptable to us for your time and package as was your agreement
with us but you shall remain responsible for the billing and all terms and conditions of your booking in the event of non payment and/or
non compliance. Your refund or partial refund  will be delayed until payment is received in our bank from the new guest's bank and our
policies have been complied with by your replacement guests. If we have re rented you may not offer a substitute guest after the date
of the re rental by us for any reason. Refunds are generally made within 30 days or more depending on the date of booking relative to
the date of cancellation and rental agreement or policy violations by a subsequent purchaser.

You may apply for a refund for verifiable emergencies to someone in your immediate family. A verifiable emergency is death or a
hospitalization for a serious illness requiring intensive care or for a life threatening illness. Proof of the emergency shall be verified by
request for you to provide such information and to that extent you will provide proof as requested and also authorize us to
verify such information as necessary to prove your claim for a refund. In our sole discretion we may approve a partial or full refund
based on the proof submitted and verified by us if we choose to do so. We also reserve the right to issue a service certificate instead
of any refund  that shall be good for use for one of two seasons including the season of issue. A season shall be defined as April 15th
through October 15th. in each calendar year.

Free Advertising
We also upon request from you  may in our sole discretion advertise the remainder of your time and package at no cost to you on this
website in our News Letter which is published quarterly if it is timely to do so. We require a format for publication which can be
explained to you by one of our
FREE planner. We can also provide you with a Format copy for a nominal fee of $10.00 which we can
use in our publication or you can create an acceptable format with the required information available from our
FREE planner. We
provide this service with no guarantee of success implied or guaranteed by us as we maintain no control of the activity which shall be
conducted  by you, sold by you and you shall be responsible for all transactions between you and your purchaser. The purchaser can
only purchase what you have purchased. No time or package adjustment to the offer by you shall be permitted. The agreement with
your purchaser shall only be entered into for your remaining time and package. You will not be acting as an employee, agent or in any
other capacity. You will be acting solely on your own. You do not have and shall not convey any interest in property and any sale shall
be contingent upon agreement by your purchaser to be bound by a rental agreement and the booking policies as contained herein. We
do not guarantee success in using this service and no implied or guaranteed result is offered by us. You will set your price which may
not exceed the value remaining on your package and for your time plus tax as applies which you are required to submit to the
appropriate taxing authority. If you are successful using this or any other method of marketing your sales agreement shall have a
disclaimer written by us inserted into your sales agreement as well as other protections to protect us and hold us free from liability
and further hold us harmless in the broadest term acceptable to the Courts of Georgia or North Carolina as apply. We also maintain a
right of approval of your agreement to be sure no information permitting anything in conflict with our rental agreement or any policies
as are contained  herein. You shall not violate any Federal, State or Local Law ,Ordinance or other governmentally enacted mandate or
prohibition in drafting your documentation .

Guests: We regret having to have this policy. It is the direct result of abuse by a very small number of guests. You are renting a
vacation  rental for the dates you have paid for and for the number of guests in your agreement.  
You are not permitted to have other
overnight guests, children, or pets on the premises or grounds at Simple Pleasures.  
Permission for overnight guests at Simple
Pleasures requires  getting a guest confirmation number and paying for the guest or guests immediately upon arrival and before
moving in. Additional guests are charged a fee of $75.00 per night per guest for lodging only. Other services shall be paid for at rates
as apply.
Any guest not registered and found in or using any portion of the facility shall be treated as a trespasser or shall pay a $150,00 fee for
each night that the premises was occupied by a paying guest whether or not the non registered guest can be proved to have been on
the premises as both parties agree that it is the act of non registration that elicits the fee. The paying guest does agree to this
provision by booking and agrees that the paying guest shall have no recourse and also agrees to have the credit or debit card used for
billing to be re-billed in keeping with this provision.

Children and Pets are not permitted on the premises at Simple Pleasures as this is an adult facility. Children and Pets are not
permitted in  Simple Pleasures or in any conveyance or at any function or on the grounds or any  location. Violation of this policy will
result in immediate eviction and loss of all monies paid including monies paid and not yet earned for all services and lodging as
liquidated damages as well as an additional  de fleaing and cleaning and deodorizing pet charge. Minimum charge $200.00  Please
help us keep rates low and avoid problems for you or our other guests by following your agreement.

Our goal is not to be police men or to watch your every move but we cater to guests who do not want pets around them and do not
want children in the adult facilities and we respect that wish.  We do comply with Federal and State law,  Local ordinances ,Insurance
requirements etc. that apply to every lodging facility in this state. We use plain language so you understand what you are agreeing to
and that we are serious about our policies as they are for your health and safety and fun. We are not for everybody. Just those that
want a clean, cozy comfortable place at an affordable price and to that end this policy was written and will be followed
                     Discounts, Promotions,Sale and Mountain Memory Dollar tm Policies

In an effort to provide more value for your Dollars we have created a grouping of value for the dollar
programs and discounts to let you get more of what you have come to the mountains for at a great price.

Mountain Memory Dollars: The Mountain Memory Dollar program is a program that lets you accrue credits for every dollar
you spend over and above the program entry threshold. The Threshold for program entry  in 2011 is $1000.00. This means that when
you spend $1000.00 with us anytime in 2011 in one purchase or multiple purchases you may enroll in the program for
FREE.

To accumulate Mountain Memory Dollar Credits: After program entry all subsequent qualifying purchase you make over $50.00 add
credits to your account at the rate of 5% of the amount spent. This means that for every $100.00 not including  taxes you spend you
will receive a $5.00 credit (5%)  that can be used on any* service we offer in a subsequent stay  but not in the same stay or use of
service in which the credit was accrued.
*Rental services and  limousine services require that you be a guest of Simple Pleasures when ordering the service. Food and beverage items excluded.

Referrals: You also will receive a  5% credit for any referral that purchases services from us in the amount of $100.00 or more on
their first service purchase. You will not accrue credit for subsequent purchases made by your referrals. In order to receive this
credit you must submit an email to us at least 7 calendar days prior to the booking by your referral to receive credit for their purchase.
This email must state the name(s) of the person being referred and their phone number, address or other identifier so that we can
determine that you are the first one to refer the new purchaser. People you may not collect credit for: Returning Guests, Guests who
spend less than $100.00 on their first service purchase. Your account will be credited within 90 calendar days once the funds from
your referral are received. In the event of failure to receive funds for any reason no credit will be added to your account. The referral
will be invalid.

The Mountain Memory Dollar Program: The Mountain Memory Dollar TM is a registered trade mark program operated
exclusively by Romantic Lake Cruises and licensed to it's Mountain Memory Partners. Ask your lodging facility if they are a Mountain
Memory Partner so that you can start accruing Mountain Memory Dollars for more value from your vacation dollars.

Mountain Memory Dollars is a program that you must join to receive Mountain Memory Dollar program benefits. It does not cost
anything to join but you must meet the threshold to become a member in one purchase or in subsequent purchases in the same
season  which will be linked together for eligibility and accrual of Mountain Memory discount credits. Ask your

have questions on this program or want your eligibility or accrued credits checked.

Terms and Conditions of the Mountain Memory Dollar Program: The Mountain Memory Dollar Program is
exclusive and may not be  combined with any other discount or promotion or sale. Your credits are not transferable, may not be sold,
bartered or given away, have no cash value and must be used by the person listed on the account as the purchaser. All service and
other polices and procedures in effect or as amended shall apply to this program and we reserve the right to amend, add to or
suspend or abolish the program at any time  with the exception of already earned credit accrual  which shall be valid as earned and
may be used as called for herein for 24 calendar months from the date of purchase and will not be affected by a change in the terms
and conditions of the program. New credit accrual requirements and rewards will be effective as of the date of implementation which
shall be the date of posting to the Romantic Lake Cruises Web Site on this page. Old credit and new credit may be combined in the
event of a program change for the period of time the credits are Valid. Gas and Tow service purchases are not eligible for this
program. Credits may not be used on the stay or for services on the dates in which they were accrued. Credits may be used on
subsequent stays and purchases. Violation of this policy shall result in forfeiture of credits and prohibition from current or future
participation in the Mountain Memory dollar Program.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS:  We offer discounts on selected services. The services change from time to time as do the
discount rates. Check at the bottom of each service page you click on for promotions.

UNDERSTANDING OUR PROMOTIONS:  If the month for the promotion is June: If it is now July the promotion is over. If it
is May the promotion is next month. If it is June look for the valid dates in June if no dates are given the promotion is for the whole
month of June.
Remember, Promotions run all year and are changed frequently in our service offerings so check our site frequently
for the best deals. Promotions stating a use by date must be used by that date or the booking may be extended at the regular price
for the services offered unbundled for up to two years from the date of purchase upon approval and issuance of an extension
confirmation number. If you were not issued an extension confirmation number you did not get approval for an extension.

Getting a Promotional Discount: To obtain a promotional discount you must request the discount that applies to your
purchase at the time of booking. Discounts are not automatic and change frequently and apply to many services so unless you
request your discount in a timely fashion on your booking date you will not get a discount. If you have been given a discount you will
receive a discount confirmation number on your confirmation email. If you do not have a discount number you do not have a discount.
You will have 72 hours from the date and time of your confirmation email to advise us that you were not credited with your promotional
discount or your discount will be forfeited. Promotional Discounts are not given retroactively and must be requested at the time of
booking.

Other Discounts:  We offer Military on active duty, Senior and Newly Wed discounts on Specialty Cruises and Magical Mountain
Motor Fun. This discount may not be used with any other price reduction, promotion, sale or discount offered by us. Accrued Mountain
Memory Dollars may be used with this discount. You may choose between this discount and a promotional discount to get the most
value for your dollars. Discounts are not automatic: You must request  your discount at the time you book your services with us.
Failure to request your discount will result in a forfeit of any discount you may have been eligible to receive. Discounts will not be
applied retroactively. If you have been given a discount you will receive a discount confirmation number on your confirmation email. If
you do not have a discount number you do not have a discount. You will have 72 hours from the date and time of your confirmation
email to advise us that your were not credited with your promotional discount or your discount will be forfeited.

Prices, Programs and services: We reserve the right to raise or lower prices or create, amend or discontinue any service
or program or promotion without notice.
We will honor all bookings made before Price, Promotion, Program or Service changes.

The policies as shown here take precedence over any oral, printed or prior email offer booked in keeping with any offer. It is not our
intent to offer anything outside these policies and we reserve the right to refuse to offer any service in conflict with these polices and
if booked refund the monies paid as paid or encumbered or honor the offer in our sole discretion. Booking requires that you provide
accurate information to our
FREE Planner when booking any service with us. All information requested is required to provide service
to you. In the event you have provided information that is inaccurate for any reason we may decline to offer service or attempt to
correct the information with you and then book your service. There may be a fee for correction assistance if a third party bank or
credit card carrier is involved or special assistance is required. The fee shall not exceed $15.00 per correction for simple telephone
assistance and up for written or protracted assistance and shall be billed only if a third party is involved to resolve your problem. You
can avoid third party fees by dealing directly with the third party. If you do not agree with our policies do not book. Booking connotes
agreement by you to be bound by our policies.
